Who loves children's books about farms and the life behind them?! Big Red Barn by Margret Wise Brown is the last board book that I found and a fiction story about life on a farm. It showed the animals that live on the farm, the sounds that they make, and what they do while there. The story also talks about how they roam around the farm, eat together, and go out their lives on the farm from day to night. It shows the children how they would normally see on a farm in a child friendly way. I really did enjoy reading the story about the animals on the farm and how they live together from day to night. The illustrations were also very realistic for the viewer to see.

Krista, It is funny because I heard about this book, and it looked like a cute book but I never had a chance to read it or evaluate it. Great Summary about the book, and I think that would be a good book to read to young children, and I will definitely take the time to read this at some point to see if I would use this is my future classroom.
